Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Site Ready for Agents ("SRFA", "we") is Site Ready for Agents, by GoBotReady, a service of Helping Trades LLC, a Florida company. Address: 8130 Glades Rd #531, Boca Raton, FL 33434. Email: support@sitereadyforagents.com. Website: sitereadyforagents.com. Checkout shows "Site Ready for Agents Setup + Care" and your card statement shows "HELPINGTRADES GBR".
2. The free check
The free check reads a few public product pages (usually 3 to 5, in your sitemap's order) and your public policy pages and robots.txt, on a store you own or manage (you confirm this with a checkbox). It makes at most 8 requests per check and only reads: it never logs in, never fills in or submits forms, never adds anything to a cart, and never orders or pays. It obeys your robots.txt; see /check. Results show what our checker could read on the day of the check. It's general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. The check is free: no card, no charge, ever.
3. Site Ready for Agents Setup + Care (paid plan)
Site Ready for Agents Setup + Care fixes your real product pages, for up to 50 products: price, stock, shipping and returns in plain text, product data that matches each page, and crawler rules so AI tools can get in. Nothing is copied to another site. After you pay, you confirm your facts on a short form, and we publish nothing until you confirm. You're responsible for the accuracy of the facts you confirm. Every month we re-check those product pages and show you Day 0 next to today. If you share your Google Merchant Center diagnostics screen, we also show your approved-product count before and after; we measure this, we can't guarantee it.
4. Price, automatic renewal and cancellation
$49/month, renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing support@sitereadyforagents.com. We confirm your cancellation within 1 business day. You won't be charged again, and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
You're charged $49 on the day you sign up and then every month on the same day, through Stripe, until you cancel. You authorize Helping Trades LLC and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. There is no cancellation fee. We don't refund unused days of a paid month. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change. If a payment fails, we may retry and, after 10 days' notice, pause the service.
5. No guarantees
Results vary. We don't promise that any assistant, app, search engine or platform will read, show, pick, rank, recommend or book your business, or that you'll get any visits, sales, bookings or income. We're not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta, Apple, Microsoft or any government agency.
6. Your content
Your business name, words, photos and facts stay yours. You let us use them to run the service on your site. Don't send us anything that isn't yours or that is unlawful.
7. AI tools
Some content is written or translated with AI tools and may contain errors; check before you rely on it.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $100 for the free check), and neither of us is liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
9. Law and changes
Florida law applies; courts in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before any claim, we'll both try to resolve it in good faith for 30 days. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; for paying customers, we'll email you before a change takes effect. Questions: support@sitereadyforagents.com.
