Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you run the free check: your store's website address, and a checkbox that you own or manage it. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number on the check. Our checker reads that site's public pages and shows the results in your browser. We don't store the website address you enter or your results; we only keep a daily count of completed checks.
If you buy, Stripe collects your name, email and payment details; we never see your full card number. We use the email you give at checkout to reach you about your plan.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. The Meta Pixel runs only if you accept it (see Cookies below).
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We'd like to use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It stays off unless you click Accept in our cookie notice. If you accept, the pixel and Meta's cookies may record that you visited our site or finished the free check, along with your browser and device details, and Meta may use that under its own policies. We don't send your name, email, phone or website to Meta through the pixel. You can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.
How we use it
To run your check on your store's public pages and show your results, to provide Site Ready for Agents Setup + Care if you buy it, to measure our ads (only with your OK), and to improve our site. We don't send marketing emails from the free check.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run our site, email and payments for us (for example our hosting, email and payment partners), only to do that work. We never sell your information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Decline or change cookies with "Cookie settings". Ask us to see, fix or delete your information at support@sitereadyforagents.com. We answer within 30 days.
Kids
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS and access controls. We keep customer and billing records as long as the law requires, and delete other data when it's no longer needed.
